Fabricate rear hold down strip. Make hold down strips for flap closeouts and rivet to closeouts. Position flap closeouts on fuselage and drill fuselage. Trim wing cuffs and fit to windshield and wings. Drill windshield for cuffs. Prime flap closeouts, skylight hold down strip and wing cuffs.
