Brief Description: Rig horizontal stabilizers & balance right elevato
Level plane and support tailwheel. Level horizontal stabilizers and adjust to eliminate twist as per rigging section of Rans manual. Tighten all bolts and install cotter keys as needed. Install all parts on right elevator and check balance as per rigging manual. Fabricate weight out of 1/4" lead sheet to acheive balance. Balance left elevator and fabricate weight.
