Complete assembly and mounting of nose gear. Mounted tire/wheel on nose gear and located cotter pin holes to be drilled. Drilled holes in axle and reassembled wheel. You need three hands to put all this together and the grease and the bearings just adds to the fun. Once wheel was mounted, nose gear was attached to fuselage with a new lower bearing. Being very very careful this time, I marked the lower bearing hole locations for drilling. Used #3 drill bit to drill holes and then tapped them to 1/4". This time everything fit!!! Steel bungee comes next.
