Waiting on some electrical supplies from ACS, so I decided to build the GPS shelf that I will need to mount the GPS antenna. I did like most builders have done and made a small shelf that will attach to the front horizontal supprt on the firewall. Made it from scrap L angles and some 0.032" sheet aluminum I had. Side pieces are needed to help and support to shelf so it does not bounce aroiund and is securely attached to firewall bracket. Will add hole for wiring once I get the GPS module and can locate exact location for hole in bottom.
