Brief Description:  Aileron Rigging and Pitot/Static lines

Worked on getting aileron calbes put together and attached to control stick torque tube as shown in photo 1. Photo 2 shows balance line completed. I still have not completely figured out exactly how to get ailerons set up just right. Any time you make an adjustment on one cable, it effects the other aileron cables. So I played with these for awhile and then I decided to think about this some more. Also the aileron stop that is "built in" o the rear torque tube is way off. The plans show a 50mm cutout but in reality it needs to be much larger. I call Zenith today to make sure I am doing this correctly before I start making cuts in this. Roger is on vacation all week so this will hve to wait until he returns. So I turned my attention to the pitot/static lines and got them routed along the left side of the pilots seat shown is photo 3. I briefly thought about routing them down the center console but after I looked in there again I changed my mind. In hindsight, I would have been much better off to bring these lines in closer to the rear spar. I will remember that on the next plane. LInes are now routed from under pilots seat back to just in front of bottom door where they will connect to ADAHRS module.
