Started on putting in adaptors and brlkhead fitting for supply and return fuel lines. Photo1 shows a 90 degree hose end adaptor connected to a AN8 to AN6 reducer. The bulkhead fitting for this wiill be higher up on the firewall which will be installed later. A hose will be routed from the reducer to the bulkhead fitting. I did not really like the way the blue hose was bent thru the firewall with a grommet plus I wanted my hose to enter higher up on the firewall due to where it connects to the Andair selector valve in the center console. Same basic story for the return line. Photo 2 shows an elbow bulkhead fitting just to the right of the battery strap. This fitting will connect to the return line which is already installed on the engine. Photo 3 shows the cockpit side of the return line bulkhead 90 degree fitting. I used a 90 degree bulkhead fitting because I want the return hose to fun along the firewall and then turn 90 degrees to the selector valve. By running it along the firewall, I will be able to use an adel hose clamp to secure/support the return hose.
