Finished oil dip stick door I started earlier this week. Had to wait on dzus fasteners to arrive. Drilled out all holes for A4 rivets. Located and installed dzus fasteners. I used two instead of the one fastener that came with the oil door kit. The only thing I used from the original kit was the hinge and frame. Countersunk holes for rivets. This turned out much better than I thought it would. I had never installed dzus fasteners before and once I got everything fiquired out, it went fairly quick. Using the fiberglass cutout for the door also turned out ok. But the best part of the whole installation is that my door is directly over the oil dip stick!
