Worked on nose wheel assembly using techniques shown in Homebulit help DVD. Put talc powder on inner tube and inside tire. Stuffed tube in tire and aligned air nozzle with red dot. The tube came with 2 nuts and a washer on the air nozzle. I called Zenith to see what to do with these. They said these parts werre for a different type of wheel so I could remove them. Done. Put wheel halves together and installed tie bolts torqued to 90 in/lbs. Put air in to about 30#s and will monitor and add air as needed until pressure stabilizes at 30 lbs. There does seem to be numerous opinions on how much pressure to use for these tires. All I know for sure is the max pressure is 50#s. Will wait for nose gear to arrive before I get grease and pack bearings for assembly.
