Brief Description: Interior of left wing and aileron fitting
Mounted aileron to wing and worked on getting mass balance completed. Added weight to arrm until wing was balanced. I will need to get longer bolts due to the number of weights required. Also installed bottom skin protection plate for mass balance arm. Will install top skin plate once I am ready to install top skin for final time. In the view looking from the front of the wing to the rear, youi can see aileron trim cable entry point in rear channel. Also I am glad I made a smaoll wooden balance arm to find the exact location of where to cut the hole in the rear channel for the balance arm. If I had used the measurements in the drawings, I would have been in for a big surprise. My balance arm would not have fit and I would need to new rear channel piece. I dont remember who posted this idea about the wooden balance arm methiod to verify hole. but I thank yoiu for your advice.
