I began today with the intent of working on rear channel. However as I laiid all the parts out it was apparent something was not correct. My rear channel is the lastest revision so it is in two pieces instead of one. Also there are doublers a-plenty along with the rear channel top doubler. After a call to Roger at Zenith, we concluded that the rear channel doublers I had were not the correct siize. Roger said they wouild send me the correct ones. So I abandoned my work on the rear channel and started work on the rear ribs by adding the stiffners to ribs 1-4 left and righrt side. This was easy work since all I had to do was cut some L angle and line them up on the predrilled holes in the ribs and drill/cleco. These ribs are now ready for deburring, corrosion protection and riveting.
