More frames added, and initial fit of the top formers. The formers were built a few years ago and I had aquired them along with a partially finished fuselage. The glue had deteriorated after an estimated decade exposed to the tripple digit Texas head radiating through an uninsulated hanger steel roof. The fuselage had been stored atop the hanger office structure inside the hanger where we estimate the tempuratures exeeded 160 degree F. Epoxy softens at 150 and several joints were easily pulled apart. I attempted to repair this, but after some thought and many hours of repairs attempted, I decided to begin fresh.
I will however make use of the plywood formers from this project as they are in excellent condition.
