Brief Description: Flap Actuator and Upper Elevator Re-Attach
Replaced the flap actuator arm bolt as recommended by my tech counselor. The original bolt size, from the plans, did not have sufficient threads showing (2 threads) after torquing the self-locking nut. The next size up made the difference.
I also rechecked the elevator cable tensions and found they had stretched to just below spec (35-45 pounds tension). So I removed the old safety wire, and re-tightened the cables to near the top of the spec (~43 pounds tension) and re-safety wired the turnbuckles.
Flap actuator belt (at top of actuator arm) with short bolt.

Re-tightened and re-safety wired upper elevator cable.
