Continued fitting and drilling out the Arm Rest. Today I finished fabricating, fitting and drilling out the seat angles that reinforce the Arm Rest attachment points on its front, bottom, and aft edges. The inboard seat belt attachment is also a part of this structure attaching to the aft corner where the Rear Seat Panel meets the Gear Channel. After getting everything drilled out, I updrilled to final rivet size. Definitely feels much sturdier now.
Next, I began work on the left side of the arm rest - should be able to finish that up in my next session.
Right side arm rest framed up and drilled out completely.
Close up of right side arm rest - this is the inboard seat belt attachment for the passenger side.
