Brief Description: Left Wing Rear Channel, Final Prep
This morning I removed, disassembled, deburred, sanded, and anti-corrosion painted the left wing rear channel. I performed the work back in the basement since the compressor and paint are still down there. I was careful to take the channel down to the basement pre-assembled just so I could be sure it will come back up out of the basement after it's riveted! It was nice to do something routine and simple after all the fretting over the nose skin.
Speaking of which, I decided the nose skin is a do-over so I'm re-ordering parts from Zenith to make it right.
The left wing rear channel all cleaned up and the paint drying. Tomorrow will be a riveting day!
