Brief Description:  Aileron Bellcrank Assembly and Final Prep

Finished off the aileron bellcrank assembly. Received the bellcranks, spacers, bushings and bolts from Zenith Air in the mail yesterday which let's me pre-assemble the structure in order to line it up exactly and avoid having to assemble it through the bellcrank access panel at some future date.

After putting each bellcrank assembly together, I aligned them on the outboard side of their respective RR#7s, clamped them in place, and drilled out the three pilot holes per bellcrank support through the rib web and the bellcrank channel on the opposite side of the rib web. Once complete, I updrilled everything to A5 rivet size.

Disassembled, deburred, sanded, and painted corrosion control painted on the mated surface. Ready to rivet tomorrow. THEN wing skeleton assembly will finally commence.
