Brief Description:  Left Aileron Debur, Cleanup, Corrosion Control

Performed final cleanup on the left aileron to get it ready for riveting including:

- Deburring ribs, skins, and various hardware parts (balance bar, trim tab horn, aileron horn, L angles, etc).
- Rounding out of inside corners (balance bar opening, trim servo arm opening, trim tab cut out, etc).
- Removal of all parts labels using paint thinner.
- Removal of all external markings with denatured alcohol (annotations, line markings, factory stamps on the skin).
- Trimming of hinge pins for aileron and trim tab.
- Drilling safety wire holes for aileron and trim tab hinges.
- Sanding all surfaces receiving corrosion control with a 3M scouring pad.
- Sanding all rib and skin edges smooth using 3M scouring pad.
- Painting all to-be-riveted surfaces with Cortec VpCI 373.

Tomorrow is riveting day.
