Brief Description:  Aileron Trim

Drilled out the aileron trim tab by inserting the piano hinge under the skin at the aileron channel and using the pilot holes I created for the channel to drill into the piano hinge. Once the hinge was secure to the aileron, I slid the trim tab into the previously-cleated slot and carefully aligned it to ensure a couple of millimeters clearance on either end of the trim tab with the cut out and align it flush with the aileron trailing edge. Once securely duct taped in place, I measured a rivet line along the length of the trim tab and lined up the drill marks with the existing holes already on the trim tab channel. After that it was a simple matter of drill and cleco.

I also updrilled out the 4 holes in the L angle to A4-sized rivet so that I could install the Ray Allen trim servo in order to determine the precise length for the trim tab servo arm.
