They say the second time you build something, it's easier than the first time. This morning, I unwrapped and labeled the right flap skin, marked off the ribs, and drilled out the entire right flap to pilot hole size in about 1.5 hours. I'll bet my third flap would be even faster ... if this airplane had more than 2 flaps!
