Brief Description:  Engine Baffles Reinstall

Reinstalled the aft section of the engine cylinder baffles. During my inspection last fall, my TA was concerned that my "trimmed" approach to baffles might not be strong enough hold a seal at the top rear of the baffle during normal flight operations. Instead, he suggested I raise the top of the aft portion of the baffle so it pushed up firmly against the top cowl while curving forward as the top cowl is lowered into position.

Since the sides of the baffles were all good, I decided to cut out the aft portion of each baffle and reinstall a new piece that overlapped with the original sides. I canted the new section forward to ensure it curves forward (vice aft) when the top cowl is installed. After installation, I duct-taped the aft portion of each baffle to further "train" them to curve in over the cylinders from all sides.
