Finished up the flaps today by drilling out the torque tube hole for the right flap then installing the bolt, washer and nut. I then adjusted the rod end on the linear actuator rod so the flap extends to its 20-23 degrees and retracts up to be snug against the flap gap stop. This process took several trips between the belly access bay and the flap switch before I got the position I wanted. Once everything was set, I tightened up the linear actuator bolt and the two flap torque tube bolts and torqued them to spec. Flaps are complete.
