Brief Description:  Engine Bay Final Wiring 2

Finished wiring up the passenger side wiring in much the same way as the pilot side. However, this side presented its own challenges as there is a much greater likelihood of contact between wires (some of them BIG wires) and fuel lines. All in all, it took about 2 hours to get everything where I wanted it and secured in place with adel clamps, zip-ties, expandable sleeves, spacers, and silicon tape.

I also took the time to finish off a couple other tasks that I've pushed off until now. I secured the lower air-oil cooler hose (the return hose) away from the large starter ring gear which used to be ~1/2" from it. I also finished torquing the last of the bolts in the engine bay (adel clamps mostly) and applied torque seal to them. I secured the grounding wires for each of the magnetos and finished securing the spark plug wires so that the no longer touched the fuel feed line (spacer) and they leave ample room to access the oil dip stick through the upper engine cowl.

So, except for the installation of my heater muff (which I was not interested in doing in 90+ degree August heat!), my engine bay is done.
