Brief Description:  Left Nav/Strobe/Landing/Taxi Lights Wiring

Built a 9-pin D-sub for the left wing lights wiring. Both wings have combination AeroLEDs Nav/Strobe lights, but the left wing has the additional landing and taxi lights so for the left wing I'm combining the landing/taxi lights wiring into the D-sub too.

The only difference between this task and other D-sub related tasks is dealing with the shielded wire on the nav/strobe 3-wire cable. AeroLEDs recommends the shielding be grounded to the structure at each end of a cable run. For this end of the cable, I pulled out and twisted the excess shielding after removing a section of the wire cable outer shell. While assembling the D-sub, I made sure the twisted shielding remained free of the D-sub housing and now looks like a pigtail sticking out of the side. I will add a ring terminal to it and ground it to the airframe as per the instructions during final assembly.
