Started by finishing the installation of the new GPS mount stiffener angles. Their addition makes a huge difference in the stability of the mount.
Next, I measured the 5 leads to be attached to the ignition switch and attached them using ring terminals and screws with locking washers. Lastly, I temporarily reinstalled the center console to ensure the ignition switch fit in place and the wires reached their future attach points.
Reassembled the GPS mount with the newly painted stiffeners bolted & riveted in place.
