Brief Description:  Forward fuel Hose Routing - Complete

Finished routing the fuel lines from the firewall to the fuel selector. In my previous session, I had adel clamped the feed (blue) line to the forward bolt in the center rudder pedal bearing. Today I adjusted my plan for the return (silver) line. Originally, I was going to have it adel clamped to the aft bolt in the center rudder pedal bearing, but since the hoses have to cross to attach to the fuel selector, I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone: 1. Prevent the hoses from rubbing together and 2. secure the routing of the return line.

The way I accomplished this was to attach the return line to the feed line using a "double adel clamp" where I bolted 2 adel clamps to each other with the hoses secure in the clamps. This method holds the hoses securely in place and keeps the return line off the brake lines and feed line. The bad news was the amount of work it took to connect the two clamps together while reaching over the side of the cockpit. Safety wiring the individual clamps with them wrapped around their respective hoses turned out to be the trick to stabilizing everything in place while I inserted and tightened the bolt into place.
