Brief Description:  Fuel Feed Line, Cowling Paint

In preparation for routing the brake lines through the cockpit, I decided to prep the fuel lines too. The return line has been finished since I first fabricated it during engine installation, but I never fully routed the feed line. Today I updrilled the hole through the firewall, installed a nylon grommet into the hole and fed the fuel feed line through the hole. Next, I'll need to secure the two fuel lines to the floor in the cockpit between the firewall and where they attach to the fuel selector valve.

I also took advantage of some unseasonably warm weather by finishing the paint on the interior of the engine cowling. I finished the lower cowl with a third coat of paint and applied 2 coats to the upper cowl. I think the upper cowl will need one more before I call it done.
