With all of the cowl fitting pretty much complete, I spent one last session checking the cowl fit. The cowl seemed to be pushed forward more now that the baffle seals are in place and I finally figured out the inboard sides of both baffles were pressed very tightly against the curved section of the upper cowl near the front. I considered trimming the baffle to ease the pressure (about 3-4mm), but figured out that a slight outboard bent of the forward inboard corner of each baffle did the trick.
