Brief Description:  Complete Front Baffles/Start Baffle Seals

Finished up the front baffles by clecoing them back in place and riveting them onto the main engine baffles.

Began work on the baffle seals - heavy-duty rubber strips that run along the tops of the baffles and form a tight seal with the upper cowl. This job consisted of:

- Marking a drill line about 12 mm down from the top of each baffle.
- Marking drill points for the baffle fasteners.
- Drilling out the drill marks to a #20 (5/32") hole size.
- Cutting lengths of the baffle seal to fit the main baffles.
- Match-drilling through the baffle seal using the already-drilled holes in the main baffle.
- Securing the baffle seal to the baffle using clecoes.

That's as far as I got today on the left baffle. A test fit with the top cowl indicates it's going to work well.
