Brief Description:  Continued Cleanup and Reassembly (3)

Cleaned up the gear upright gussets and the side doublers. I realize I hadn't mentioned it specifically before, but by clean up I'm referring to deburring all rivet holes and cut edges, filing all cut edges and rounding sharp corners, sanding all edges and corners as well as future painted surfaces (anti-corrision paint), de-labeling by using paint thinner to remove all the identifying stickers attached at the Zenith factory, and washing off my Sharpie markings and the aluminum factory stamps off the visible sides of the parts using denatured alcohol. Each piece goes through this treatment. Something like a side skin can take over an hour to clean up.

...but it looks good when your finished. And I definitely want the inside of the cockpit looking good - I plan to spend a lot of time in it.
