Brief Description:  Bottom Skin Doubler Install

Measured, trimmed, and installed the cabin floor bottom skin doubler. The skin doubler is a fairly thick piece of aluminum skin that shares the same rivet lines as the two flanges on the bottom of the main spar and extends forward about 1/2 the way to the heel support already installed on the top side of the cabin floor. This skin doubler is attached to the ouside of the cabin floor between the skin and the previously installed floor stiffener and the left & right lower front longerons. After drilling out the skin doubler and reinstalling the floor stiffener, longerons and center spar, the cabin floor is now solid as a rock - even only using clecoes!

This was a straightforward task with no surprises.
