Brief Description:  Bottom Longeron Fit and Match Drill

Attached lower longerons to the rear bottom skin. This involved:

- Cutting the front and rear longerons to length so that they meet at 1335 mm from the front edge of the skin.
- Fashioning a shim so that the rear longeron matches the forward (thicker) longeron at the splice between the two.
- Clamping then match drilling the two rear longerons.
- Clamping the forward longeron so that it abuts the rear longeron at 1355 mm from the front edge of the skin.
- Assembling and clamping the splice between the two longerons to include the previously mention shim and a doubler to strengthen the splice.
- Match drilling the forward longeron including the splice to the rear longeron.

All that's left to do on this task is to "joggle" the ends of the cross braces to they fit flush to the rear bottom skin. The forward longeron is a thick extrusion which otherwise prevents the cross braces from lying flush against the skin between the two longerons.
