Brief Description:  Wing Wiring, Aileron Stop, More Wing Locker

Drilled out the wing ribs to run a wire bundle out to the wing tip to power the nav/strobe light. The wiring channel goes behind the wing locker. Each of the holes is lined with a nylon grommet.

Installed the right aileron stop onto the rear channel. This prevents the right aileron from deflecting too far down. When combined with the left aileron stop it will prevent over-deflection of both ailerons in either up or down deflections.

Updrilled the wing locker rear wall to A5 rivet size. Deburred, sanded and painted the rear wall. Reassembled rear wall and riveted to the L-angle flanges on ribs 4 and 5 and the bottom skin. The L-angle extrusion on the top of the locker will be attached to the top skin during the last stages of wing assembly.

Measured and fabricated the two wing locker sidewalls which will prevent objects in the wing locker from exiting the locker through the lightening holes in the ribs where they can wreak havoc in the wing! After cutting out the locker side walls (with an Olfa knife of course!), I marked them with rivet lines and tacked them into place inside the wing locker for future drilling.
