Brief Description: Right Aileron Fit and Drill Out
Readjusted the aileron position by slightly widening the aileron balance bar hole through the rear channel. Once placed where I wanted it, I clamped the aileron where I could and duct taped it where I couldn't clamp it then proceeded to drill out the entire top rear channel, skin, and aileron hinge to the final A5 rivet size.
Looking for 5-7 mm between the flap (L) and aileron (R) - got what I wanted.
