Brief Description: Right Wing Bottom Skin Debur, Sand, and Paint
Finished deburring all the rivet holes and the bottom flanges of the ribs, main spar and rear channel. Then I sanded all the edges and the surfaces to be painted. I masked off the rivet holes on the outside surface of the skin to prevent anti-corrosion paint from seeping through during painting, then I painted all the surfaces to be mated in this task with Cortec - the paint that dries clear. Ready for riveting!
Outside of the bottom skin with the rivet holes masked off.
Inside of the bottom skin after deburring, sanding and painting (yep, it dries clear!).
