Brief Description:  Aileron Cables and Nose Ribs Final Prep

Tightened up the aileron control rod bolt on the bellcrank assembly and applied bright orange Torque Seal to it so that it will be easy to see up through the access panel. I also tightened the aileron control cable bolts and put cotter pins through the castle nuts.

I dug out the nose ribs that have been sitting around since early July and made sure they were still ready to install (I had deburred and sanded them previously). I also deburred, filed and sanded the L angles on the front of the wing main spar that the nose ribs attach to. Finally, I painted all the mating surfaces with Cortec primer.

Tomorrow is a RIVET DAY!
