The final step for installing the filler plates is to drill, countersink, and rivet them into place. After checking and double checking the fit, I drilled the holes into the backing plate.
I was able to squeeze all of the rivets except the one close to the prop. I should be able to use the rivet gun on it... but will wait for someone to help buck.
