I am not happy with the landing lights I ordered. They look like they are out of a projection device. So, I ordered some AreoLEDs. (SunLite) They are a bit bigger, but look like they should fit about the same as the others. I have tested them and they put out a ton of light.
I need to build a new bracket to hold them. I purchased the brackets that hold them in place and the plan is to build an adjustable bracket that hooks onto the purchased brackets. I'd like them to be adjustable like the others.
I spent over 2 hours getting the brackets just the way I liked them. Ken came by and checked them out and they seemed like they would work great. UNTIL... I test fit them in place. The bracket is too big to fit in the wing tip when you tighten up the adjustments.
