I ended up putting a double grounding bar in. One in the front of the panel... and another in the rear. (Using the same bolts.) I have oodles of grounds to install and I thought this would be the perfect way to do it. I'm going to put all the 'important' grounds in front and some or the not so important in the back.
I also ended up drilling a hole and adding a grommet for the grounding wire run. (I thought it was much cleaner than running them above the radios.)
