This afternoon, I made a paper pattern for the Canopy Gap Cover. I'm thinking of making it out al aluminum and bolting through it, the plexiglass, and the canopy frame. Although it looks like the pattern looks like one side is straight, it ends up having quite a curve to it. (I had originally thought of using a straight piece of metal and stretching/shrinking it... I think a piece cut closer to the actual size would work better.
