This evening I worked on drilling the rails to the frame. After checking and rechecking that everything fits correctly, I drilled the C-704 splice plate to the rail and frame. (Clecoing as I went.) After drilling all the holes (except the aft bottom frame hole, I fitted in the support wedge. I removed the assembly and drilled the holes for the two wedges. I attached everything again and rechecked the fit.
Next, I countersunk the holes and primed the parts
