Today I started another project I have spent WAY to much time thinking about. I have oodles of pictures printed out of other RV baffle projects.
When I actually started into it, it makes sense. I test fit the top cowling on a number of times as I work and it seems to be going smoothly.
I picked up some tag board to use as a pattern. I want to lay the patterns on the material to get the most out of what I have. The best picture I have been using is actually out of the instructions.
The directions say to cut the pieces 3 inches wide. I have been leaving 2 inches above the metal and 1 below. It looks like it should work just fine.
I'm sure I probably could have finished up the patterns today... but I had a number of visitors. The weather is nice and people are out and about.)
Just before I left, and RV-7 zipped in for a landing. If he hadn't announced when he was in the pattern, I don't think I would have heard him. He just quietly glided in.
