Worked this evening with the filter. The filter needs to be trimmed to fit the carb. Using the dremel, I worked at taking away as little material as possible and still having the filter fit. After I trimmed it away, I put Red ATV sealant in the hole, covered the carb with plastic and put everyting in place. Hopefully, it will seal everything up correctly.
