- I installed the air box and cowling again. Looking inside, it looks like the foam lined up perfectly with the air box. - Then comes carving the opening. I used a hacksaw blade to cut into the foam and match the air inlet with the air box opening. Again, I went nice and slow. I didn’t want to take too much foam away.
I’m pondering how to do the fiberglassing. The instruction have one way of doing it…
