This afternoon I worked on the curved shape on the aft side of each air inlet. After multiple fittings, I finally got them to fit the way I wanted them to. The right one is extremely short. I used the top rivet hole for each. When I riveted them on, I dimpled the forward most rivet. The seal goes up against it and it seems as though a smooth surface would work best.
I finished up riveting everything together. It is amazing how a zillion pieces morf into four. When I look at them it doesn't seem like it should have taken so long. After the finish coat, I think all I have left to do is the seal.
I shot the pieces with primer and called it a night.
