YIPPEE! It has wheels! We ended the LONG day by inserting the nose gear and mains. It now looks like a canoe on wheels.
We coated all of the bare metal with light grease. We ended up having a heck of a time with the nose wheel bolt. The plans show the bolt coming up from the bottom through the firewall. It would make sense if you ever had to remove the wheel. The hole in the firewall didn't match up exactly, so I ended up grinding away enough of the hole so that the bolt would go through. When I seal the firewall, I'll use plenty of sealant around the plug.
