Brief Description:  Countersink Cabin Frame

This evening I worked on countersinking the cabin frame and priming the parts. I had read about the problems many of the builders have had countersinking for the rivets. It ended up being easier than I thought. I used the channel I goofed up on to set the countersink tool. Basically, I only need to make major adjustments on the inside and outside curve.

I took all the parts home to debur. The hangar is getting just a bit too cold to work comfortably. When I was ready to prime, I got everything ready at home (Warmed up.) Then zipped over to the hangar and primed. I left the heater on the parts for 3 hours.
