My goodness it was a job getting the flap actuator weldment back into the plane. I started out with the motor channels in place. (I took it out with the channels in place... but sure couldn't get it back in.) I finally ended up taking the channels out and still had a heck of a time.
Before installing the weldment, I installed the bolts holding the push-rod end. The bolt enters from the fuselage skin side and would be impossible to install after the weldment was in place.
I torqued the bolts and cleaned up the inside of the fuselage.
