Ken gave me an idea for countersinking the rivets holes and screw holes. On the left wing, I used the drill countersink... but the lip on the wing tip kept it from countersinking even. So, I ended up doing them by hand.
On this tip, I taped a small piece of metal on the countersinking tool and used it to level out the surface. It worked great. (Even so... there are a bunch of holes to drill and countersink.)
