I spent more time getting the plane level than actually doing the weight and balance. To get things absolutely perfect, when I got real close, I started letting air out of the tires to get the electronic level to zero.
I weighed it WITH the fairings and interior AND without the fairings and most of the interior. (I'll be flying off most of the Phase 1 hours without the fairings and most of the interior and wanted to make sure everything was still within the limits.
WITH EVERYTHING INSTALLED Front - 264 Right Back - 404 Left Back - 408 Total 1076
WITH NO FAIRINGS and MINIMUM INTERIOR Front - 274 Right Back - 386 Left Back - 394 Total - 1053
