This is so cool. I started working on the horizontal stabilizer tips. The goal is to cover one end with fiberglass. In the class I took, the talked about molding the foam into the correct shape. I just took the foam and pushed it onto the tip. The tip cut through the soft florist foam like butter. I then pulled it off and sliced it with a hacksaw. Then, put the piece back into the tip.
