Drill and deburred all holes to secure ribs and rib root assembly as well as hinge on right ruddervator. Pilot holes (#40 bit) followed by #30 bit. Peeled plastic off riveting areas and began riveting. First by hand, then pneumatic. Pneumatic is awesome! Riveted end and second rib in from the outboard edge.
Cut the left ruddervator to size. Am getting much better with the band saw. Smoothed the cut end with the belt sander and deburred.
